About The Opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, this position is responsible to perform all tasks related to accounts receivables and payables. Specifically:

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Identify trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights
• Maintain contracts, receipts, and invoices; communicate with dealership managers on current invoices requirements; review reports with respective dealership management
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Evaluate emerging technologies
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing
• Communicate with dealers and provide support on various marketing updates
• Design, build and maintain social media presence
• Act as the Point-of-contact for all marketing-related activities
• Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes used funnels
• Perform various website updates
• Log tickets to Graphic Artists, Journalist, Videographer to complete initiatives
• Update monthly OEM marketing program changes on dealership websites
• Collaborate with internal team to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Plan and execute all web SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Develop an annual advertising schedule for each assigned dealership, including Parts, Service and Sales

About You…

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in accounting administration and processing, including:

• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
• A proven commitment to quality of work
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
• Proficiency working with marketing platforms, social media sites, website analytics
• 2 to 4 years of proven digital marketing experience in the retail environment; dealership preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
• Ability to maintain professionalism
• A desire to work in a high energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong fluency in digital desktop design and publishing software – Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, organized and strategic
• Post-secondary education in marketing or advertising or communications
