Company: Virtek Vision is a provider of precision vision-based templating and inspection solutions serving customers in the aerospace, prefabricated construction, transportation, manufacturing, and heavy equipment industries.

Role: We are currently looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in various aspects of our marketing initiatives, including public/media relations, digital campaigns, social media and influencer projects, content creation, and video animation projects. You will be responsible for executing strategies that encompass the entire marketing mix, sales enablement programs, company brand awareness, lead generation programs, tradeshow event coordination, and maintaining a strong web presence.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement with followers. Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach target audiences.
• Support the planning and execution of public and media relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and maintaining relationships with key media contacts.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales/partner enablement programs, including training materials, collateral, presentations, and sales support tools.
• Support brand awareness activities by ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
• Coordinate tradeshow and event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, giveaways, and coordinating with event organizers and vendors. *some travel required.
• Maintain and update the company's website content, ensuring it is up to date, user-friendly, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
• Contribute to video animation projects, including script development, storyboarding, and coordination with external vendors or internal creative teams.
• Assist in the creation of compelling and engaging content, such as blog posts, articles, case studies, and whitepapers, to drive brand awareness and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experienced in use of CRM and Marketing Automation systems strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, brand awareness, and market research.
• 3-5 years proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in graphic design and video and animation storyboard creation and editing software experience is preferred.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative marketing solutions.
