Overview Executive Assistant and Coordinator is a professional who provides administrative support to executives and other senior staff. They are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to the executive team. Detailed Job Description Executive Assistants and Coordinators are responsible for providing administrative support to executives and other senior staff. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support to the executive team. They are also responsible for managing the office budget, maintaining office supplies, and providing customer service. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Knowledge of office procedures and protocols
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
