Duties and Responsibilities:

• Copy, scan and store all documentation associated with the assigned project.
• Retrieve files as requested by internal and external teams associated with assigned projects.
• Perform additional related duties as required under the direction of the hiring manager.
• Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
• File documents in physical and digital records, ensuring information is always easy-accessible and secure.
• Ensure all templates used with the department conform to the Company standard.
• Distribute project-related documentation to internal and external teams.
• Review and update technical documents and circulate them to necessary stakeholders when required.
• Maintain confidentiality around all sensitive information and terms of agreements.
• Ensure all information within documentation is correct, up-to-date, and accurate.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Proven ability to deal with sensitive materials with a high degree of tact and discretion.
• Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
• Strong working knowledge across Microsoft Office products including: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English, with proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills.
