JOB SUMMARY: This position requires knowledge of the French language, intermediate level.
As Director of Human Resources and Culture, you will work to design and implement human resources management strategies that will help the Crevier Group achieve its business objectives and strategic mission. You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the day-to-day management of the human resources of the Head Office located in Ville Saint-Laurent as well as other divisions located across Canada. In addition, you will be called upon to participate in various executive and management committees.
This position reports directly to the President.
Responsibilities :
- Promotes Catalys10 culture and values throughout the company and integrates them into all human resources practices and policies.
- Implements innovative talent acquisition and retention initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Leads change management initiatives and manages their impact on the workforce. Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits systems;
- Develops workforce planning strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Supports the Human Resources team in the successful execution of national HR related projects.
- Ensures compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations in the workplace.
- Enhances human resources service offerings to provide the best possible employee experience.
- Develops and implements strategies to create a positive work environment that promotes employee well-being and growth.
- Contribute to the development of human resource management programs and policies for all divisions of the group;
- Coaches and mentors managers to improve their leadership and team building skills;
- Oversees employee career development and training programs.
SKILLS :
Technical:
- Human resource management systems, knowledge of Ceridian system (asset) ;
- Experience in HR platform implementation and deployment
- Very good computer skills: MS Office suite, Excel (intermediate level), knowledge of
- Solid experience in aligning human resources strategies with the company's business strategies
- Knowledge of Office Vibe (asset)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws;
Interpersonal skills:
- Good analytical skills and problem solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple files and priorities at once.
- Excellent communicator;
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Strong decision making skills that integrate business issues.
- Excellent judgment, autonomy, initiative, rigor and professionalism;

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources management
Seven to ten years of experience in human resources management and ability to demonstrate significant accomplishments
Experience in the manufacturing sector and pan-Canadian experience are important assets.
Bilingualism is ideal!
