Job Details
Position Title: Client Success Coordinator
Status: Full-Time Support
Hours: 40 hours per week
Faculty/Department: Information Technology Services
Campus/Location: North Campus; Hybrid
Payband/Hourly Rate: Payband I ($36.19 - $41.94)
What You Will Do
Reporting to the Manager, Technology Support, the Client Success Coordinator will lead various initiatives and projects to create, implement and maintain technology solutions and services to ensure client success. The candidate will work closely with clients in Information Technology Services, faculties and departments across the college to coordinate solutions and services in areas of equipment lifecycle maintenance, technology deployments and maintenance, request intake and fulfillment, technology testing and custom solution development
Key Responsibilities Include
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors and college business units
  • Coordinating maintenance cycles for various technology equipment to reduce service and downtime costs
  • Developing and implementing custom tailored solutions and services that provide value and client success
  • Maintaining technology lifecycles set by asset management
  • Preparing and maintaining reports and documentation on technology testing, best practices, product knowledge and services
  • Reporting on client satisfaction, metrics and recommendations to management and team members
  • Reviewing and fulfilling incoming technology requests and projects
  • Monitoring Information Technology trends and industry strategies, researching, testing and recommending new technologies
  • Staying informed and current about Humber goals, strategies and policies.
  • Supporting the Technology Support team, collaborating with other Information Technology s ervices units, college departments and faculties to optimize technology and service delivery and maintain client satisfaction
  • Coordinating technology deployments to academic spaces and college business units
  • Understanding client needs in order to coordinate and procure best and most effective technology equipment and solutions

What You Bring To The Role
Education
  • HDI Desktop Support Technician certification or relevant training and/or experience
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundations certification from a recognized authority
  • 3-year diploma or degree in Computer or Business related studies
Experience
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Fundamental understanding of the Information Technology industry and technology solutions including hardware, software, licensing, and service.
  • Experience with MS Windows, Mac OS, iOS and Android software and hardware
  • Minimum of five years of related work experience in leading complex projects, providing technical solutions and services in a busy high-volume environment to Clients with diverse backgrounds
Additional Skills
  • Must be able to build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Experience with BMC Helix, Jira, Intune, Jamf and Monday.com is a strong asset
  • Work well under pressure
  • Must be detail oriented, organized and able to multitask
  • Demonstrate excellent creative out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven superior customer service and communication skills
  • Must be energetic and enthusiastic
