Job Description

The Client Relations Coordinator role involves extensive interaction with clients from various sectors, facilitating business development and relationship management.


Full-time hours during regular work hours, offering a hybrid work model (remote and in-person in downtown Toronto).


Compensation ranges between $65,000 and $80,000 along with employee benefits and a professional development stipend.


Technology requirements include a smartphone and WI-FI access, with other necessary tools provided.


Responsibilities:


Client Development and Management:

  • Act as a project manager to ensure client needs, deadlines, and inquiries are met promptly.
  • Manage ongoing business development initiatives and maintain client relationships.
  • Administer DEI assessment tools for projects, including coaching sessions.
  • Engage in business development activities, responding to inquiries, targeting sales, and creating proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with clients for training logistics and session coordination.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to explore future work opportunities.
  • Handle administrative aspects of client engagement agreements and master services agreements.


E-Learning and Data Management:

  • Organize and update client files on OneDrive.
  • Maintain Salesforce records and data accuracy.
  • Create and present data reports.
  • Manage outreach and responses for our client's diversity and inclusion e-learning modules.


Administrative and Operations Support:

  • Facilitate administrative tasks, including scheduling, travel planning, troubleshooting, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Oversee our client's associates and offer operational support.


Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder/client or people management is advantageous.
  • Post-secondary education and at least 3 years of work experience.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite and familiarity with database management, preferably Salesforce.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
