STUDIO COORDINATOR
The Studio Coordinator will work directly with the Founding Partners to maximize operational efficiencies and expand on and optimize the Design Shop experience for clients and the team.

What does it look like to be a Studio Coordinator on our team?
Correspondence management
Assist Principals with inbox management
Monitor inquiry emails and set up discovery meetings
Schedule internal design reviews
Systems management
Work directly with the Principal Designers on optimizing business processes and systems
Manage digital systems
File management
Overall system
Assist principals
Maintain contact lists (reps, clients, general)
Master List
Sample room sign out list
Manage sample room
Client onboarding package
GANTT chart maintenance
Design review template
Travel and meeting arrangements
Schedule client meetings
Coordinate team meetings
Coordinate refreshments when required
Coordinate travel arrangements
Schedule internal design reviews
Update project list
Project Tracking
Hours reports
Project report
Weekly reports on hours (communicate of hours)
Addendum to fee proposal

Compensation: Salary to be discussed in the interview. Based on experience.
