Studio Designer Jobs

Our client, the top XM and branding agency in Toronto, is currently looking for a full-time Studio Designer to join their team. This is a hybrid position working in their downtown office 4 days per week.
Responsibilities of Studio Designer:

• Adhering to brand guidelines and cannabis regulatory standards.
• Preparing layouts for print collateral, advertising, tradeshow materials & kiosks, packaging, presentations, microsites, email communications, banner ads, and mobile applications
• Organizing, monitoring, and maintaining files on servers; perform FTP transfers, archive and share files with printer and programming vendors
• Working collaboratively with the creative team to help finalize design, creative layout, and prepare all print and digital files for delivery.

Qualifications of Studio Designer:

• Important: Ideal candidate will have design experience working for a cannabis brand or other government regulated industry.
• Advanced skills in Adobe CS: Photoshop, InDesign as well as Illustrator.
• Deep understanding of typography and layout, with strong imaging editing skills.
• 4+ years experience as a graphic designer or production designer in a fast past work environment.
