Business Development Executive, Canada Expansion

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in not only establishing Superpixel's foothold in Canada but also spearheading our growth in the North American region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships, and driving growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Analysis: Research and identify new business opportunities in the Canadian animation and design market, especially in Vancouver.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering Superpixel's unique solutions.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with the global team to develop and implement a business strategy tailored for the Canadian market.
• Sales and Negotiation: Drive sales, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Feedback Loop: Provide insights and feedback from the Canadian market to the Superpixel team to ensure our offerings remain competitive and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business development, sales or a related role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience and network in animation, advertising or marketing industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
• Boast established relationships with networks and industry peers in the region preferred.
