Business Development - Executive Search Consultant

We are aggressively growing our business and are currently searching for an Executive Search Consultant that specializes in business development to help us continue to expand. This highly lucrative role is 100% commission. Your (unlimited) income will be reliant on sharing in the revenue you bring into the firm.

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will spend your time helping us cultivate new client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has been in the executive search space and enjoys the opportunity to focus on business development versus position fulfillment. You will have the opportunity for unlimited earning potential in a highly lucrative, commission-driven position. While the role will begin as a 1099 role, the opportunity will exist to transition to a W-2 status.

Experience and Qualifications

• Is able to adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Demonstrated experience billing $750,000+ annually in the retained search business.
• Commitment to excellence and delivering world-class results.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Master’s preferred.
• Outstanding executive presence.
• A strong C-level network
• Track record of excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to pass a criminal and general background check.
