At JCG Alliance group, located in downtown Vancouver, is a growing privately owned small family office with a portfolio of real estate properties and investments, we thrive when our partners & people thrive. We are currently looking for an in-house assistant property manager & administrator to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail. He/She will have previous experience working in an office environment, performing administrative duties and providing support to partners & tenants. Given the changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on our assistants for flexibility and foresight, while maintaining confidences related to our clients & operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and office support, such as data entry, dictation, spreadsheet creation, social media activities, power point presentations, and maintenance of filing system and contact database
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the 2 partners, provide support as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently.
- Liaison with maintenance & repair contractors
- Tenant relations, including rent collections, responding to tenant enquiries, showing & leasing units
- Oversee the daily activities of residential properties.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support to the partners, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, dynamic 365, CRM systems, and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Must have a vehicle
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems
- Experience with Investor relations
- Real estate software rent manager experience
- Experience in Real estate management & finance
- Post secondary real estate education
