We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Property Assistant. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties and providing exceptional guest experiences. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct property inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with company standards
- Perform minor administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Communicate with guests to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with property set-up, including preparing units for guest arrivals and ensuring they are properly stocked and furnished
- Support daily operations, including coordinating with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors
- Complete regular property walkthroughs to identify maintenance or repair needs
- Assist with other tasks as assigned to contribute to the overall success of your property management team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle
- Long-term commitment and availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
- Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. for tasks related to property set-up and maintenance
- Strong organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using common office software.

WAGE:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
LOCATION:
At our office located in Revelstoke.
HOURS:
Full-Time / 40 hours weekly.
START DATE:
September 1, 2023.
