Property Management Assistant Jobs

Amreei Properties is seeking a highly motivated and savvy Property Management Assistant, for

this entry level role, to join our team. If you are looking to get your feet wet in the short term rental industry, this is the right fit for you.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping our team ensure the smooth operations of our short term rental properties in the GTA, from inspecting the properties before each guest arrival to handling customer issues as they arise. This role requires an all-hands-on-deck mentality, with the candidate expected to work closely with the owners and our turnover team. The candidate must have flexible hours, be prepared to work “on call” as issues arise, be located in the GTA and have access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints
• Maintain a strong relationship with our turn over team
• Audit supplies regularly and ensure they are adequately stocked at each property
• Communicate regularly with the cleaners and maintenance crew to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard
• Inspect the properties before each guest arrival to ensure five-star-level of readiness

Qualifications:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and have access to a vehicle for transportation
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• 2+ years of experience in property management or a related field
