Assistant Facilities Coordinator (Executive & Corporate Housekeeper)--Must Reside in or near Calgary, Canada/Have Right to Work in Canada
Looking for a change to an interesting, stable, Monday to Friday full time position with benefits where you would be cleaning for a notable Calgary Family and supporting their business' cleaning/organizing needs? Are you self-motivated, fit and enjoy light maintenance involving domestic cleaning and organizing as well as working for our top notch corporate office cleaner on one or two of your weekly workdays? This position, based from our newly renovated corporate office next to YYC (just southwest of Calgary's International Airport), with two alternate, nearby work locations will provide some interesting variety and once credentialed, will allow you to use our fleet vehicles to attend to these locations on a scheduled basis each week (mileage paid between work locations until you qualify for use of our fleet).
Tricycle Lane Ranches Ltd (TLR) has a tremendous opportunity for a full-time permanent Executive and Corporate Housecleaning Person. TLR is the 25-year-old Property Management and Land Acquisition business for its sister company BURNCO Rock Products Ltd (BURNCO), a 110-year-old, international construction materials business. If you seek a stable job in newly renovated environments, with the best equipment and a desire to keep your workspaces immaculate, you may have found the perfect role! If you're productive in managing your own time in keeping to our standards, then come and see what we have to offer! With a recently fully renovated Condominium in Calgary's Mission area, mid-sized office building and occasional involvements in our other nearby facilities, you'll have lots of variety in keeping us ship shape! We offer steady ongoing work no matter the economy. If you are well organized, fit and able to communicate well in English (language skills both verbally as well written and digitally) then we have a long-term environment for you. We think you'll be excited in seeing the latest and greatest in our newly renovated, secure building and condominium. Access to our fit-for-purpose fleet vehicles will give you the opportunity to work at other of our properties/facilities, giving a welcome change of pace, while still being at home each night!

Example Job Task List (for Office aspects)
- Reporting and responding to any building issues promptly
- Occasional deep cleaning of rotational tasks
- Maintaining inventory/supply levels/restocking supplies as needed including stationery
- Catering assistance for meals including full kitchen clean-up
- Light duty common area cleaning
- Coffee and water set up for meetings, including clean-up
- Daily disinfecting of all high traffic surfaces and touch points
- Daily housekeeping tasks as required
What We Would Like From You
Experience
- Demonstrated ability to productively work with little supervision
- Experience in cleaning and organizing residential and commercial locations
- Comfortable and confident working within a professional environment alone and with small teams and tight timelines
- Reliable, trustworthy, and physically able to perform the role
- Professional, positive attitude
- Good problem solving and written/verbal communication skills in English
- Motivated, confidential person, able to work efficiently and effectively - both independently and in a team environment
- Possess or be prepared to complete Fall Protection certification (at employer's expense)
- Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid Driver’s License to travel with our fleet vehicles between Calgary area properties as necessary
- Must reside in or near Calgary, Canada/Permitted to Work in Canada
- Residential/Commercial property cleaning: 2 - 3 years (preferred)
- Previous experience working alone and in a team will also be an attribute
- Possess or be prepared to complete First Aid certification (at employer's expense)
