Manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, use time efficiently, demonstrate attention to detail, follow instructions, and respond to management direction.

Ensure proper use, identification, mixture and application of chemicals, including the requirements and use of Safety Data Sheets (SDS).

One year of related experience preferred

Experience working with students in a school setting preferred

Oral and written communication skills

Supports the promotion and execution of strategic space planning to efficiently facilitate the management of assigned CRE portfolio

Manage a portfolio of offices ensuring that staff receive a consistent, and positive workplace experience

Assists in the development and management of functional budgets and metrics

Manage food and beverage vendors to ensure consistent and high-quality service is delivered

Helps to establish and maintain successful working relationships with landlords, property managers as well as appropriate vendors and corporate groups

3+ years’ experience in a customer facing role

Experience in cleaning and organizing residential and commercial locations

Good problem solving and written/verbal communication skills in English

Previous experience working alone and in a team will also be an attribute

Possess or be prepared to complete First Aid certification (at employer's expense)

Possess or be prepared to complete Fall Protection certification (at employer's expense)

Light duty common area cleaning

Experience in cleaning and organizing residential and commercial locations

Good problem solving and written/verbal communication skills in English

Previous experience working alone and in a team will also be an attribute

Possess or be prepared to complete First Aid certification (at employer's expense)

Possess or be prepared to complete Fall Protection certification (at employer's expense)

Leading and working with others in a team environment
