We are growing our team and looking for a rock star to join the family and become an integral part of About Staffing. Our Recruitment Manager, along with the rest of our crew, needs support. We are looking for a confident, organized, detail oriented administrative professional to join as Recruitment Coordinator.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Coordinator works directly with our Recruitment Manager and supports the recruitment team, with all aspects of recruitment from start to finish.
The key job functions are:
- Phone screening candidates
- Supporting with new hire documentation
- Booking interviews
- Reviewing resumes
- Creating/managing job postings and job boards
- Working as a team player and following all company policies and guidelines
- Conducting reference checks
- Supporting the recruitment department
Education:
- High school diploma/equivalent
Qualifications:
- Supportive personality
- Team-player; willing and eager to work in a collaborative environment
- Positive can-do attitude
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Clean criminal record
- Purpose driven individual
- Valid vaccine passport
- Strong organization
Experience:
- 3-5 years administrative experience (required)
- Must be computer literate at an intermediate level (database experience an asset)
- 1+ year of recruitment experience (asset)
- Knowledge of Alberta Human Rights and Labour Standards (asset)
Skills/Requirements:
- Show initiative in suggesting new procedures and systems, and methods to improve quality of service
- Able to take direction and instruction, interpret information correctly, ask for guidance and assistance whenever necessary
- Excellent analytics and reasoning, with ability to put things into perspective
- Respect confidentiality
- Be confident with exceptional customer service skills
- Always demonstrate a professional image, along with a good record of attendance, punctuality, and reliability
- Excellent organization and planning skills are essential
- Able to work closely with the rest of the team members and help wherever needed, including menial tasks when required
- Able to prioritize, multi-task, and work to deadlines at times under pressure
- Articulate and have excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Strong decision making and time management skills are required – must be able to take initiative, negotiate, and use best judgement
Base Salary: Salary based on experience

- 8:00am – 4:30pm (flexible)
- Monday – Friday
- Full Time
Remote Work:
- This position is not remote and you are required to be on site (Beltline, Calgary)

- This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
