CONCEPT. Investment Partners Ltd. is looking for a full-time Administrative/Marketing Coordinator to join our small but expanding team. We are looking for a dynamic person to assist in the daily operations of our real estate development company. CONCEPT. Investment Partners Ltd. is a boutique real estate development and management company based in Lethbridge, AB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering all incoming/outgoing mail along with delivering legal documents and doing bank deposits.
- Customer Service.
- Answering, filtering, and directing incoming calls and emails to appropriate person.
- Maintaining the Customer Relationships Management software.
- Scanning and filing of electronic and hardcopy documents as well as the upkeep of the current filing systems.
- Creating, editing, and executing content for the company website, all social media platforms, and other digital properties.
- Assisting with property management, such as, monitoring building security system, managing parking stall rentals, coordinating trades, and dealing with tenant inquiries.
- Ongoing management and upkeep of the company website with current and relevant project information.
- Maintaining all social media accounts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Salesforce and QuickBooks Online is beneficial.
- The ability to prioritize and organize work tasks with a strong attention to detail.
- Confident in staffing the front desk and performing all related administrative duties with ease.
- A post-secondary diploma in Office Administration or years of relevant experience will be prioritized.
- A firm understanding of website management, along with experience in WordPress and Canva.
- Multi-tasking, self-starter, and ability to work alone or with a team.
- A good understanding of Real Estate, Land Development and Property Management is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Highly competent in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
