Summary:
The Key Account Manager is accountable for the achievement of account-specific goals, including volume and sales growth with both active and new customers. This position is responsible for supporting customer implementation, analyzing customer sales & providing recommendations, and managing key private label & strategic branded customers.
Job Duties
- Accepting packages or any front-end deliveries or pick ups
- Answering front door
- Assist with paperwork and labels for sample boxes for sales team
- General customer service for wholesale customers via phone and email
- Handling merchandising in front boutique area
- Assisting customers and handling transactions for all walk-in boutique customers
- Receiving visitors into building and notifying the appropriate person
- Answer telephone calls and direct inquiries accordingly
- Inputting order entries for sales team
- Greet guests and contractors upon arrival
You have…
- Bi-lingual abilities an asset
- Shopify experience
- 2+ year’s experience in a previous administrative capacity
- Microsoft office (Word, excel, powerpoint etc…)
- Sales Administration experience would be an asset
- Efficient organizational skills
- Strong computer and phone system skills
- Strong English written and verbal skills.
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
