Job Description
We are currently looking for a DEVELOPING ARTIST ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our TORONTO team. This is a full-time, 12-MONTH CONTRACT opportunity that will be responsible for working exclusively with low run- and first-time independent bands, artists, and record labels. All leads are strictly inbound, received from our website or cold call-ins. We are looking for a positive, energetic person who is highly motivated and wants to work in a team environment! Candidates must reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future. What we offer: Referral rewards
Responsibilities Use custom Precision software to create sales quotations Respond to inquiries or concerns about vinyl record projects via phone or email in a timely fashion Offer proactive high quality customer care for entire duration of project (guidance, updates, troubleshooting, etc.) Provide friendly and detailed client communication consistent with Precision values Use Google Sheet scheduling document to make informed and strategic decisions about capacity usage Liaise with various internal departments in cooperative effort to move projects through the system, highlighting and responding to specific challenges or obstacles with audio and artwork Proactively communicate with vendors to resolve challenges or issues Use Precision software and various internal Google Sheets to review project statuses; use this information to ensure scheduled dates are maintained Take an active role in developing knowledge base and skillset to successfully navigate challenges with vinyl record production Attend and participate in regular team meetings
Requirements/Qualifications Minimum 2 years of sales and project management experience, dealing with customers directly Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Business Suite Strong self-initiative and work ethic with a drive to achieve sustainable results Excellent team player Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong attention to detail Highly analytical thinker with very strong problem-solving skills Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, efficiency, organization, and managing multiple projects while meeting departmental goals and deadlines
