Front Office Agents are responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, answering inquiries, providing information about the hotel and its services, and assisting with check-in and check-out. They must ensure that all guests are provided with a pleasant and comfortable stay. They must also handle any complaints or issues that may arise during the stay.
