3-5 years Lending Experience in the Banking Industry

Previous experience and proficiency in complex credit structuring

Thorough knowledge and demonstrable acumen with financial statement analysis

Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as short turn-around times

The Credit Manager will have the following qualifications;

5+ years' of commercial lending experience

Strong experience working with a team and in a very fast paced and demanding environment

Experience implementing accounting systems and policies

Highly detailed and organized and experience completing projects from beginning to end

7+ years of experience managing third party relationships with a preference for experience in credit card operations and/or data management

Project Management experience with demonstrated experience in leading complex initiatives involving data migration and platform upgrades

Lead the management of the day-to-day relationship between CTB/CTFS and our Critical Third-Party Vendors (TSYS, ACXIOM, TGT)

Management of vendor costs, budget preparation, variance analysis, and invoice processing and reconciliation

Management and monitoring of vendor SLA’s, system stability and performance of the vendor systems

Agile experience. Skilled at navigating through agile methodologies and processes with third party delivery

A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in pharmacy and/or reimbursement space

Prior leadership experience through project ownership or managing teams

Experience managing large datasets in excel

Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Familiarity with CRM platforms such as salesforce
