Job Description
Our client is revolutionizing the entire parking industry by creating a pure mobile solution for owners and operators of commercial and public parking lots. The company is expanding across North America and is looking for a VP of Revenue to lead and oversee a team of sales professionals, guiding them to achieve sales targets, develop strong customer relationships, and expand market share. Working very closely with the CEO, a proven business leader who successfully exited his last large company, you could have a challenging and rewarding career here!


About The Role


  • Utilize data analytics and sales performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Create and implement sales plans, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure effective resource allocation and optimal sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of industry changes.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Continuously refine and optimize the sales process to increase efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools for success.
  • Implement best practices and sales tools to empower the sales team and drive higher conversion rates.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a North American sales team to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and professional growth.


About You


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel nationally as required (20-30%).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • You believe in a consultative, customer-centric sales approach and know how to coach and train a sales team to become world-class.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Experience leading teams who handle long, strategic sales cycles (6-12 months) and sell into public sector or commercial real estate.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
  • You are a natural leader who people admire and respect for your accomplishments, level-headed approach to business, and willingness to lead by example
  • Proven track record of successful sales leadership (managing sales teams of 10+), preferably in a national capacity.
  • Located in the GTA (ideally 2 days/week in office)
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM systems.
