We have an exciting opportunity for a P&ED Specialist to support our total rewards strategy relating to company culture, engagement, employee rewards and recognition and overall employee experience. This role will manage and support all policy, processes, programs, and communications within the rewards space.


Your ‘day to day’


  • The incumbent will conduct workforce data analysis and leverage analytics to identify opportunities, patterns, and risks. Proactively identify trends for further management discussion and review. The incumbent will bring an analytical mindset for problem solving by translating data into insights to build a compelling story and provide tailored solutions in accordance with audience and business needs.
  • Design and deliver communications and information sessions to improve education, engagement and experience on Total Reward programs. This role will work closely and in collaboration with the Shared Services Center and Regional Total Reward People & Culture teams.
  • Management of the awards programs and employee peer to peer recognition platform including vendor management, financials, budget, data analytics and program upgrades
  • Manage the local incentive (bonus) cycle through communications, calculations and validation of payment while working closely with delivery Hub. Also support the annual merit increase cycle, deferred stocks program, perform salary assessments to ensure pay is equitable across the organization, prepare total reward statements, support year-end activities relating to T4 uploads and taxable benefit reconciliation, conduct and analyze market surveys and perform various data analytics.
  • The incumbent will also work as a support to the P&C Manager in managing employee lifecycle activities including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Resource Management, Change Management, and day to day support to business.


Who we’re looking for?


  • Vendor management skills; Relationship management across all levels of organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft office. Presentation Skills. Advanced excel and PowerPoint
  • Data Driven with a critical thinking approach, strong Analytical and Data mining skills
  • Minimum 3 years of direct HR experience with some knowledge of Total Rewards (programs and compensation) as well as participation in talent activities - performance support, calibration, talent reviews, succession planning and employee relations issues.
  • Complete college or university degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • SAP HR experience preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively across functional lines in a global matrixed environment.
