You must have a proven track record of building and scaling a SaaS sales organization. You must have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of sales metrics, and a restless desire for continuous improvement. You must excel in coaching, motivating, and holding your team accountable. You are a sales nerd who loves to test and measure different sequences, messages, and approaches that improve conversion rates at every step of the sales process.

Your communication style is clear and concise. And your team is drawn to your contagious enthusiasm and collaborative approach. You believe in building long-term customer relationships and taking a customer-centric approach to drive predictable revenue growth. You are proud of your numbers and cannot wait to tell us how you have created repeatable, scalable sales processes. Prior experience selling to developers, building owners, and facilities managers is helpful. You must have a prior income of at least $140,000 in a variable compensation plan and a strong drive to earn more.
