Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Sales will oversee all sales aspects of the business, guide the company's sales strategy and planning, and oversee the sales operations.
Mission:
The target of the VP of sales will be to double our revenues in the next 24 months.
Role & Responsibilities:
● Establish and execute business development strategies and coordinate all activities to achieve financial objectives of each Business Unit
● Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with existing and potential customers.
● Establish detailed sales processes and metrics
● Embody and represent company’s brand to the market
● Identify customers, target markets and have a lead generation process
● Capture market trends, customer strategic evolution
● Directly engage with customers promoting products and services
● Collaborate with Product Managers in support of marketing activities such as collateral material development, trade show selection, and product promotion campaigns
● Lead trade show activities
● Perform presentations to customers
● Quantify and qualify business development opportunities, win strategies, recommend pricing strategy
● Be the ultimate representative to each customer account, needs and business models
● Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and margin projections, determine performance indicators.
● Own and optimize the use of the company’s CRM, in order to maximize sales activities and engagement and customer retention.
Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, finance, commerce, or equivalent fields
● 10+ years’ experience in a leadership role
● 10+ years’ experience in advertising, IT, gaming sector
● Proven success in developing and applying structured processes to sales and business development.
● Highly data driven.
● Hands-on leader who has formed coached and led teams to success
● Proven ability to generate leads and develop new relationships
● Excellent team player, prefer high performing environment
● Excellent communication, verbal and written
● Patient, with the ability to manage complex situations and manage decision-making in an information scarce environment
● Ability to present financial analysis and projections to company stakeholders
● Excellent problem-solving attitude and abilities
