The Learning and Development team is looking for a Training Lead to join our rapidly growing department. The Training Lead position is crucial role we continue to grow the sales team in 2024. You’ll be one of the first faces that new hires see in the organization, and you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that every new team member has the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve their sales goals and be a successful member of the Kensington Tours team. Not only that, but you’ll be vital to the success of the rest of the Kensington Tours sales team through the creation and delivery of ongoing training.
What You Will Be Doing:
- As a member of the L&D team, you will also assist your team members with other duties associated with staff onboarding and training including LMS content management, scheduling, big-impact company wide projects like personal /professional development workshops, country-specific education, culture initiatives, and technology training.
- Facilitating training to our Destination Expert new hires in weeks 1-4 of their onboarding, you will be responsible for providing in-person and hybrid training to new hires.
- Work collaboratively across the organization, at all levels, to establish and champion a culture of learning.
- Deliver a range of workshops and activities on our internal systems, sales processes, and customer service.
