DESCRIPTION:
This is a great opportunity to join a NEW vaccines specialist sales team at GSK who will promote our strong vaccine portfolio to select specialists across Canada. Our Vaccines Specialist sales team will focus their efforts in the specialty areas of Cardiology & Endocrinology. As a business owner, you will help bring our strategic plan to life to protect more Canadians against vaccine preventable diseases.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare and appropriately manage territory business plans
  • Deliver customer focused omnichannel customer plans to drive optimal business results
  • Work closely with colleagues who interact with family physicians to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Work directly with specialists to deliver impactful educational initiatives (OLAs, CHEs)
  • Provide unmatched customer value for both external and internal customers
  • Develop & implement unique customer focused initiatives to build GSK advocacy and to drive incremental sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans with targeted specialists & allied health care professionals
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years specialist selling experience in Cardiology and Endocrinology
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Exceptional business ownership capabilities leading to demonstrated strong performance
  • Proven track record of working with specialists to deliver impactful educational initiatives
  • Demonstrated selling excellence in various selling situations (group, 1:1, virtual)
  • Demonstrated strong technical skillset (ie. computer, iPAD, Excel, Power BI, VEEVA)
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to interpret scientific research studies and translate to the impact on patients
  • Selling in a competitive environment
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data & to leverage insights to drive strategic planning
  • Solid evidences of flexible thinking and agility
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong team collaborative skills
This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company – leased vehicle. However, to be eligible for this position and a company vehicle, GSK will need to obtain acceptable results from a license verification inquiry and drivers abstract review against its safe driver program requirements

Notre équipe de vente auprès des spécialistes concentrera ses efforts en cardiologie et en endocrinologie. Vous contribuerez à donner vie à la stratégie de GSK qui vise à protéger un plus grand nombre de Canadiens contre les maladies évitables par la vaccination.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS :
  • Concevoir une approche omnicanal axés sur le client pour générer des résultats commerciaux optimaux
  • Fournir une valeur client inégalée pour les clients externes et internes

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES:
  • Expérience minimum de 2 ans a auprès des spécialistes en cardiologie et endocrinologie
  • Minimum d’un baccalauréat.
