Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Ensure adherence to work schedules and maintain a motivated team.
Strategic Goals: Forecast departmental goals and strive for their accomplishment.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and manage department staff to achieve excellence.
Customer Engagement: Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers.
Inventory Oversight: Manage stock order procedures and maintain balanced inventory.
Inventory Organization: Ensure accurate storage of incoming inventory.

Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 3 years as a Parts Manager.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CDK is an advantageous asset.
Customer Service: Exhibit exceptional customer service skills.
Professionalism: Present a polished appearance and strong work ethic.
Process Adaptability: Thrive in a process-driven work setting.
Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
