Technical Support Specialist (Remote)

Responsibilities Include

• Generating monthly reports and conducting data analysis to drive improved performance
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to health service utilization, cost of care, and shared savings for ACO REACH
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify contract needs and results
• Participating in the Service Model Innovation and Delivery team to coordinate and create actionable recommendations for partner practices
• Monitoring and organizing ACO REACH contract information independently

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel as a data management tool
• Familiarity with value-based care contracts and ACO REACH is a plus
• Ability to work remotely within the US with occasional travel for team retreats
• Detail-oriented and service-oriented
