MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking aTechnicalOffice Administratorfor a permanent position with a client of ours located in the lower mainland.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the leads coming in for our clients on a regular basis and inform the team if there are any inconsistencies.
- Check if the sales representatives are correctly assigned in the Leads section and Integrations for all active integration accounts/clients.
- Check for the Sent call reminders by our bot to the sales representative and the customer before the scheduled call in timeline
- Check conversations and ensure that the interactive response with lead are accurate, inform the team if any deviation
- Monitor that the scheduled calls are triggered at the specific time scheduled.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in lead monitoring, lead generation, or a related field.
- Good understanding of marketing and sales principles.
