• SALARY RANGE: $150,000 – $200,000/yr

July-September 5k-10k per month plus equity
September 2023-Sept 2024 $150,000 plus equity
September 2024 $200,00/yr plus equity
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological development and growth. The CTO will oversee the company's technical strategy, research and development (R&D), and technological resources. • Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and customer focus.
• Define and implement technical strategy aligned with our business objectives.
• Qualifications:**
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Responsibilities:**
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Develop and manage a cross-functional technology team.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or data privacy field.
• Experience implementing modern encryption techniques.
• Evaluate and implement new systems and infrastructure as required.
• Collaborate with the product team to deliver solutions that achieve product-market fit and accelerate product-led growth.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Spearhead R&D initiatives to ensure the company is at the forefront of industry developments.
