Design, own, build and improve on the end-to-end user experience

Design the simplest and intuitive app that seamlessly bridges the user experience gap as first-time crypto users migrate into web3

Introduce best-in-class tools that will create delightful experience for our users

5+ years of experience as a product designer delivering high quality designs or an impressive portfolio of work

Natural storytelling and communication skills to articulate design decisions

Consumer product experience with elements of gamification

Build relationships with key industry stakeholders (e.g., customers, partners, , helping them understand and meet their product requirements management needs.

Cultivate a world-class team environment and culture, assisting with hiring, training, and general management.

Preferred Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Advocate for end-users to ensure a seamless and exceptional product experience.

Collaborate with product development teams to create an ideal product experience, leveraging user feedback.

Experience in fundraising, either as a founder or early employee.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Minimum 6 years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the cybersecurity or data privacy field.

Experience implementing modern encryption techniques.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

2-3 years of work experience after school in product marketing roles, preferably within the technology industry or entrepreneurial environments.

Experience in digital direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing, driving customer acquisition and retention through online channels with a growth mindset.

Proficiency in digital design skills to create visually appealing and compelling marketing assets that embody our brand's entrepreneurial spirit.
