• 10 years’ experience in a Systems Analysis role working to collect and understand functional and nonfunctional (technical) requirements from multiple stakeholders through interviews and workshops, and documenting and presenting these as specifications and technical approaches. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 10 years.
• 3 years’ experience performing data analysis and migration of patient data from several healthcare information systems into one consolidated electronic record. Experience should include integration of records using the HL7 standard. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
• 3 years’ experience implementing the Allscripts dbMotion platform in a healthcare environment. The response should include at least 1 example including duration of the project or work that totals at least 3 years.
• 7 years’ experience implementing clinical systems in a healthcare environment. Experience should include eliciting and documenting requirements, translating them into specifications, and testing the end solution. The response should include at least 3 examples including duration of the project or work that total at least 7 years.
• 3 years’ experience implementing healthcare portal solutions designed to support primary care clinics and client enrollment. Experience should include integration with software designed to support primary care activities. The response should include at least 1 example including the duration of the project or work that total at least 3 years.
• 5 years’ experience in a project management or project team lead role with duties including coordinating implementations, managing timelines, and developing plans. The response should include at least 2 examples including duration of projects or work that totals at least 5 years.
