Your Opportunity
You will join the On Premise team to support Bacardi Account Managers across the country. You will help support and build the tools for this team to develop customer strategies and business plans, create and sell-in compelling promotional programming, and ensure high quality organization and execution within a designated market.
About You
You are an integral part of supporting the on-premise team in order to put the consumer at the heart of everything we do to Win in the On Premise.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
* Work closely with the national on premise commercial team (Director of On Premise, Provincial On Premise Sales Managers) to proactively provide insights and tracking of internal performance, competitor activity in market, and customer performance.
* Update national reporting and provide commentary on performance to the On Premise leadership team.
* Lead complex ad hoc regional requests by developing new reporting tools (leveraging PowerBI, EZ Focus, and Anaplan where applicable).
* Provide administrative support to the On Premise team, which can include creation and work flow for all on premise related purchase orders and invoicing, month-end accruals, and tracking and auditing of KPIs.
* Track On Premise account spend and reconcile actuals vs budget and work with finance & global shared service centre to ensure timely payments to customers and proper account settlements.
* Utilize systems such as Anaplan and Concur to manage, phase, and track On Premise spend.
* Develop regional analysis and insight generation from key content to support commercial selling stories and customer marketing program development.
* Act as central point of reference for national depletions, A&P optimization, forecasting and PO status reconciliation.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
* 1-3 years of professional experience in building analytical stories and having database management skills for reporting and analytics.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively interact with various functions across the organization.
* Attention to details and financial acumen required to mange spend and liaise with finance & global shared service centre.
* Post-Secondary degree in Business/Economics, or related field with exposure to analysis and business management
* Ability to clearly develop & articulate business requirements and translate into functional specifications (and vice versa)
* Be able to multi-task with excellent time management skills and willing to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
* Must possess professional maturity and be comfortable with interacting with higher levels of management (both internally and externally with customers) to communicate facts in a simple and understandable manner including presenting their opinions and ideas.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced, continuously changing and often ambiguous environment.
* Experience or exposure to Sales, Key Account Management, Revenue Growth Management, Insights and Marketing functions
