About This Role

We are looking for someone to plan, manage, and lead the delivery of detailed system requirements and technical and functional specifications that align to standards and frameworks. You will provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications.

Plan, manage, lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of requirements throughout the lifecycle of the project in alignment with the business and/or enterprise needs and strategies. Provide leadership and work collaboratively with stakeholders including business, technology and finance partners to support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies and systems across single or multiple Lines of Business (LoB

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain a customer-centric approach
• Engage appropriate stakeholders to identify and manage required outcomes of projects for the business
• Lead a diverse range of stakeholders; communicates effectively by adapting style and technique to a diverse audience
• Provide recommendations and direction based on the end to end customer experience when making decisions
• Understand and clarify work packages of each assigned initiative/project inclusive of constraints (time, cost, people resources) and
• Provide on-going communication to key stakeholders, including the project sponsor, business project owner, project / program / portfolio.
• Assess and ensure that customer and employee experience / stakeholder impacts are appropriately managed
• Lead and own the project deliverables related to business requirements to meet the needs of the customer, employee, and business
• Analyze impacts to customers, stakeholders, employees, process, technology solutions to achieve business results

Requirements

Must Haves

What can you bring to TD? Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:

• 3+ years of functional and UAT testing experience with RPA toolset
• 3+ years of experience with gathering requirements for robotic process automation (RPA) teams
• Strong understanding of audit needs and artifact gathering

Nice To Have

• 5 plus years of experience as a business analyst
• Exposure to robotic process automation and/or Power platform
• Ability to communicate non-technical requirements to technical audience

Experience and Education

• Business Analysis Accreditation is an asset 5-7 years related business analysis experience
• Undergraduate degree
