The Company is seeking an enthusiastic and collaborative Sales Operations & Systems Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will utilize have direct responsibilities to create, implement, and maintain sales standard operating procedures, process improvements, and administration of sales systems. Your extensive Salesforce system’s experience and knowledge of best practices will transform Salesforce into an invaluable tool for our team in achieving and exceeding their Sales goals
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Sales Management with forecasting, territory design, and all sales reporting
- Evaluate impact of proposed process changes within Salesforce system and design solution implementations that minimize disruption
- Audit system regularly and maintain data quality of customer information within Salesforce
- Maintain core Salesforce platform configuration (i.e. validation rules, profiles, permissions, etc.)
- Continue to identify best practices and processes within the Salesforce system and make improvement recommendations to leadership that includes ROI analysis
- Support the Sales team with initial set up of net new clients, maintenance of client database records throughout the client contract lifespan, etc.
- Support system changes, upgrades and enhancements including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation where related to data in Salesforce
- Create systems documentation, training materials and deliver user training as required
- Assist Sales Management with the design of customized reports and dashboards and provide regular reporting and analysis of key performance metrics of the Salesforce system
- Work collaboratively with the Sales team and other stakeholders to drive excellence in our Salesforce implementation in alignment with our business objectives
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system and process issues. Provide end-user support as needed
- Work alongside marketing to generate new inbound leads and link those efforts to Salesforce
Key Qualifications
- Nice to have Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Salesforce administrator role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Nice to have experience in technology, or media/advertising industry
