The Opportunity:

As the Recruitment Manager of Temporary Staffing, you will be joining our leadership team and reporting directly to the CEO. Your mission will be to spearhead the expansion of our services, focusing on the supply of temporary Personal Support Workers (PSWs), Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to LTC and Retirement homes. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the sector while driving the growth of a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge and compliance within the healthcare sector.
• Be a part of the development and execution of the strategic roadmap to establish and grow the temporary staffing division.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with LTC and Retirement organizations to understand their temporary staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support for temporary staff and client organizations.
• Collaborate with the existing recruitment team to identify, attract, and retain top-tier talent within the industry.

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
• A strategic thinker with a track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and negotiate with clients and candidates effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to gather insights from data and make data-driven decisions.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the care staffing or recruitment industry, with a strong understanding of the LTC and Retirement sectors.
