As a Sales Consultant, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop your customer database by establishing relationships with new customers;
• Soliciting prospects and clients on a regular basis, as well as organizing networking visits in a specific local territory;
• Conduct and manage the full recruitment cycle;
• Respond to clients' recruitment needs;
• Identify and attract the best talent in the industry;
• Conduct interviews for all levels of positions;

Not only are you known for your strong sales and customer service experience, you also have:

• Skilled with technology and social networks (an asset);
• Enjoys challenges, meeting and exceeding goals;
• Able to build strong business relationships;
• A good team player with strong communication skills;
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hyper dynamic environment;
• Experience or strong interest in the recruitment world;
• Over a year of business development experience;
