THE POSITION

In your role, as a Construction 360 Recruitment Consultant (full cycle) recruiter you are capable of building and managing your own desk; you will be interacting to find and engage with a wide range of clients and candidates introducing them to new exciting opportunities that you uncover which will make a lasting impression on their career.

  • The type of roles you would be recruiting for are Project Managers, Coordinators, Site Engineers, Superintendents & Estimators
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by researching new customer groups, new clients and new business strategies.
  • Sustain and grow current business by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with the decision-makers.
  • Actively gather competitive intelligence within the business environment, including client groups, competitors with government departments.
  • Construction recruitment is a fast paced, candidate driven market!
  • Formally meet with potential clients and make convincing proposals and presentations in order to secure new business and achieve established sales targets

Qualifications:

  • You find purpose in helping people advance their careers and seeing companies grow
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
  • Strong team oriented working style
  • Very well-developed EQ - you will be the first contact in for potential clients & candidates
  • MUST HAVE direct sales, business development or cold calling experience
  • You thrive on personal achievement
  • You are goal-oriented, purposeful in building new and existing relationships, competitive but thrive in a team environment with the self-motivation to make things happen.

COMPENSATION

At Hays, we offer a dynamic and high-performing work environment where our uncapped commission structure surpasses industry standards. We are committed to recognising and rewarding the hard work and dedication of our employees. The salary for this role consists of a base salary of $40,000, with an average earning potential of $85,000 in the first year. However, it is important to note that there is ample opportunity to exceed this earning potential.
