Job Summary

SME for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)/Sustainability strategy, policy, program design and development, ESG performance and social impact measurements. Progression prospect includes spearheading key corporate-level CSR/Sustainability initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Write and execute company's social responsibility strategy/Corporate Citizenship
• Report on social responsibility/corporate citizenship activities to senior management.
• Conduct research into best practices
• Support communication efforts to raise public awareness of company's social responsibility/citizenship commitments through marketing
• Establish partnerships with clients, employees, suppliers, charities, NGOs, and other entities
• Foster relationships between company and educational or charitable groups
• Ensure company policies meet legal and commercial needs
• Implement programs to ensure positive impact on local communities and environment
• Develop policies for sustainable social programs

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written, in English.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Affiliation with prominent non-for-profit and multilateral organizations such as the UNEP, UNED, etc (preferred).
• PhD Degree in fields of Sustainability, Corporate Responsibility, Public Affairs, Business Strategy and Communication, Business Administration, Social design and Strategic management or any related field.
• Minimum (15) years' experience in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in IT, especially MS Office.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Certifications, license, professional membership in relevant fields.
