Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

2 years of prior marketing/project/communications management experience.

2 years of prior management/leadership experience.

Marketing/Analytical skills to include accessing and interpreting IRI/AC Nielson data, post-promotion analysis and category management.

Work cooperatively with manager and peers in adhering to ADW’s business goals, development and account management protocols.

Management of Demo and Endcap monies or other marketing opportunities, activity and analyses for best results.

2-3 years minimum experience in a CPG marketing environment, beauty and/or personal care experience is a key asset

Demonstrated understanding and experience with the marketing mix

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Undertake brand performance, campaign/promotion ROI and post-mortem analyses, supported by a clear recommended plan of action

Assist in budget tracking, forecasting and reconciliation and the input and processing of estimates

Drive eCommerce acceleration through insights mining, digital shelf, content optimization and shopper marketing in partnership with digital & commercial teams

3-5 years’ supervisory/ managerial experience required

Duties and responsibilities include, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent education required

Working closely with the Marketing Intelligence Manager to set up a formal prospect-focused ABM program which includes:

Strategy to reach out to the accounts (working closely with the Sr Marketing Communications Manager)

Working with the Sr Marketing Communications Manager to have all branded material created and ensuring all materials distributed are brand approved.

May perform training for data management staff to internal and external audiences as required

Maintains proficiency in Data Management systems and processes through regular training.

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, or RN. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree or RN, equivalent related education and experience.
