Position Overview:
 
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our team, responsible for identifying, attracting, and placing highly skilled software developers in a variety of roles across the tech industry. You will be a key driver in building relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and a perfect match every time.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting candidate searches and interviews to identify top-tier developers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Matching candidates with appropriate job openings and facilitating the hiring process.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact through onboarding.
• Providing expert advice to clients on market trends and talent acquisition strategies

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for building relationships and connecting people.
• Strong understanding of the IT and development industries, particularly in recruiting developers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, with a proven track record of success.
