Project Manager - Canada
Summary & Description:
We are hiring a Project Manager to work with our clients in America and Europe.
Snipp Interactive's platform is a one-stop marketing technology for customer acquisition, engagement and retention. It enables brands to implement omni-channel, objectives-led, ROI-driven, data-rich programs across industries – everything from simple one-off reward based promotions to ongoing loyalty programs and periodic rebate marketing programs. Join our team and you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest CPG brands and their agencies. You will launch A-list mobile marketing campaigns and work with the largest agencies and brands in advertising and marketing.
What you will do:
• Support our excellent software engineering teams in delivering projects to clients
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with those clients
• Lead a cross-functional delivery team
o Manage project timeline, scope, deliverables, reporting, and budget
o Manage the day-to-day delivery and maintenance of multiple, concurrent projects
• Manage your client service desk and ensure issues are responded to and triaged in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and contracts; assure project quality
• Manage multiple projects & clients
Required experience and skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 1.5-2 years experience in technical delivery roles
• Proven success driving the delivery of concurrent digital projects and a proactive approach to handling issues,
risks, dependencies and escalations
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisation and prioritising skills
• An affinity for and interest in marketing technologies
• Fluency in English is essential
Desirable experience and skills:
• Professional accreditation in a related discipline
• Experience working in agile and using DevOps or similar tools
• Experience working with site wireframes, mock-ups, content management systems and/or with commonly
used applications such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Zoho…
Location and hours:
• We are looking to recruit for our team in Canada (100% remote).
• Working hours may vary depending on the market(s) / clients covered (PST – EST)
