About The Role


CrowdStrike’s Product Management team is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Platform team. The CrowdStrike Platform team is responsible for delivering features and capabilities spanning the Falcon sensor, cloud platform, UI, e-commerce and LogScale that are shared and leveraged by CrowdStrike’s product modules. This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and peers in Product Management.


In this role you will work with cross-functional teams to bring new Platform features & capabilities to market for use by our customers and partners. You will need to extensively collaborate with the customers and partners to understand their pain points, define use cases that we need to address, and make prioritization decisions.

What You'll Do


  • Develop an understanding of various customer profiles by speaking frequently with customers, prospects, and others to explore work styles and identify pain points, translating them into enhancements
  • Build strong trust relationships with with other product groups, partners and customers
  • Engage cross functionally with customers, partners, product groups, sales engineering, and solution architects to collect requirements, to champion recent releases and guide future product direction
  • Define and maintain a roadmap for the Falcon Platform features you are responsible for
  • Conduct competitive analyses and maintain current information regarding competitive activity
  • Be responsible for internal and external communication on CrowdStrike’s product platform
  • Partner with Product Marketing to bring visibility to the Platform product and features most relevant to customers
  • Define, evangelize and maintain strategy and vision for the new Platform features in concert with other PMs and stakeholders


What You'll Need


  • Adept at understanding and curious about new technologies, systems, and tools
  • Experience in CyberSecurity space, familiarity with working in platform groups
  • Action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long term goals and short term objectives
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills
  • 7+ years of Product Management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams in different time zones.
  • Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks across products groups within CrowdStrike
  • Possess the technical knowledge to participate in product design conversations
  • This position requires up to 15% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide
  • Experience with SaaS Platforms and Cloud native technologies is a plus

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $135,000 - $225,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
