Does this sound like somewhere you’d like to be?Wolseley Canada is the leading wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC/R, waterworks and industrial products in the country and working here means, a network of possibilities, a place you are valued and a higher standard.Join the Pros!What’s in it for you?Regular business hours Monday to FridayComprehensive benefits with premiums fully paid for by the company for the “Core” package starting the first day of employment.Career development and training opportunitiesLife insurance, disability and wellness programRetirement savings programs including RRSP and DC pension with up to 5.25% employer contributionPaid vacation and sick time and day off on your birthday!Bonus programs that include annual performance and profit sharingEmployee discounts on top brands of plumbing and HVAC/R productsEducation reimbursement for employeesEmployee referral programWhat you will do: Manage the digital product backlog, including the definition, creation, and prioritization of backlog items based on business impact and customer needs.Manage the support process from root cause analysis to resolution in order to address bugs.Measure, analyze and improve the performance of website features against stated business needs.Lead discovery sessions with key stakeholders to understand customer needs, pain points and translate into requirements and interface wireframes/mock-ups.Lead and facilitate ideation exercises, creative problem solving, design thinking, mapping exercises and more.Support the User Acceptance Testing process and all post-development activities, including demos, pilots and key messaging for launch communications.Define goals and KPIs to measure success of the roadmap and product/feature performance to identify actionable insights and opportunities and inform product decisions.Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to shape iterative enhancements to features.Leverage A/B test results, analytics, usability studies, competitive analysis to enable data-driven decisions, drive decision, establish hypothesis, test & iterate.Collaborate with Field Specialists, Internal Communications and Marketing to launch new features/functionality to drive utilization and adoption.Partner with Business Intelligence, Web Analytics and Customer Insights team to understand market research and customer sentiment.Conduct competitive analysis and research eCommerce/digital trends and technologies to optimize customer offering and ensure industry leadership position.What you will bring:Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Technology, Computer Science3+ years of experience in product management with a retail/eCommerce business; B2B preferredExperience working in agile “scrum” environmentExperience working with product roadmap tools (ie. Aha!, Roadmunk etc.)Experience in creating mobile app/web experiencesStrong attention to detail and project management skillsAbility to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to distill requirements into deliverable
