Product Designer Jobs

Desired Skills and Experience

- 3+ years as a product designer in a similar environment (Retail, etc)

- Experience working with variants and building new interfaces using existing components as well as building net new components

- Experience designing complex experiences - this is not a standard e-commerce flow, previous experience working on an information dense project is a must (someone who is working on creative/funky marketing sites would not be a good fit)

- Able to walk through application designs they have created in Figma

- Team player - very collaborative

- Strong communication skills

Day-to-Day

Insight Global is looking for a Product Designer to join one of our largest retail clients to help them design a brand new custom Pharmacy Management System. You are a great fit for this role if you are a Figma expert. The project is quite mature so the team is past all of the upfront design thinking and end user research pieces. This teams mission for the next 6 months is to collaborate with product and tech to produce a large number of high fidelity designs as quickly as possible.
