Overview:

(Senior) Principal Manager

Location: Ontario, Canada (hybrid)

Salary: $110,000-$140,000 + bonus + benefits

Looking for a technically-minded individual with a strong understanding of supplier/relationship management, to enhance and develop the company’s product portfolio offering.

What we expect from you:

• Manage all activities related to sales turnover business from supplier to ensure share maintenance and growth
• Understand and manage supplier growth expectations
• Liaise with partners to ensure product information is relevant and up to date
• Work cross-functionally with Business Leaders, Marketing, Logistics to achieve company targets
• Track and manage all commercial activities relating to the turnover activities and report to management and supplier as appropriate
• Propose ideas for the onboarding of new suppliers
• Develop and maintain close relationships with key figures within supply partners
• Understand the application properties of raw materials within the company portfolio

What you will need:

• 5-10 years of industry experience in supplier management, preferably in Pharma/Specialty Chemical industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant science (Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering)
• Good communication skills and comfortable working in a team environment
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical Ingredients beneficial
