Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and Analytics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data. This role requires expertise in Salesforce administration, data analysis, dashboard creation, and a focus on operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in data management tools, and possesses strong problem-solving abilities.
Our Manager, Data and Analytics will:
Data Management and Analysis:

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate reports.
• Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from various sources.
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and implement data quality assurance processes.

Lead Salesforce Administration:

• Provide user training and support for Salesforce-related queries.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Customize Salesforce fields, workflows, and page layouts.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, and security settings.
• Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator.

Create Dashboards and Reporting:

• Identify areas for improvement and suggest actionable insights based on data analysis.
• Translate complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand formats.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Generate regular reports for management and department heads.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Provide Administrative Support:

• Support in generating presentations and reports as needed.
• Contribute to enhancing operational
• Maintain and update documentation, spreadsheets, and databases.

Our Manager, Data and Analytics has:

• Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Management.
• Proficiency in data management tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.).
• Prior experience in data analysis, dashboard creation, and operational efficiency initiatives is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including user management, customization, and reporting.
