We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our Coquitlam based client. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for accurately processing and managing payroll for our employees. Reporting to the Payroll Manager this position is part of a team of 3. Your expertise in payroll processing, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills will contribute to the success of our payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Address employee inquiries and resolve any payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Process and administer accurate and timely payroll for 200 employees, ensuring compliance local regulations.
• Verify and maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, changes in employment status, and salary adjustments.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience with Explorer Eclipse Construction Software is highly preferred
• 2+ years of experience as a Payroll Administrator or in a similar role
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and address employee inquiries.
• Experience with Union environment preferred
• PCP designation, or working towards PCP designation
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing and payroll tax regulations.
